The lead of Captus Agency has more than 16 years experience working in international development, humanitarian assistance, and global environmental change. She has managed multiple, complex, international development programs, designed successful funding proposals, established monitoring and evaluation systems, and documented learning from a range of programs.

Captus Agency offers expertise in a number of thematic areas, such as climate change and disaster risk reduction, community development, health, gender, local economic development, and local governance.
